Our portfolio is concentrated in first and second mortgage loans over residential, commercial, industrial, and retail property across Australia's East Coast.
Investment returns are dependent on the risk profile of each individual loan and are disclosed in the prospectus.
Investment in Vía Capital's lending portfolio is available to wholesale and sophisticated investors as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). This includes high-net-worth individuals, family offices, self-managed super funds, and institutional investors who meet the relevant eligibility criteria.
